Wayne Bennett is Owner and Qualifying Broker of Southwestern Realty, Inc.  He is from South Carolina and a U.S. Navy Viet Nam Veteran.  Wayne obtained his Broker’s License in 1980 and opened Southwestern Realty, Inc. in 1984.  He is a member in good standing with the Otero County Association of Realtors and has served as director of the local and state boards.  Wayne has also served as the Broker for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Acquired Properties Section since 1992.  He holds a General Contractor’s License and served two terms as Otero County Assessor from 1994 to 2002.

    Wayne is a member of the Elks Club, Veteran’s of Foreign Wars and Christ Community Church.  He is the father of three children and the proud grandpa of five. Wayne believes in honesty and integrity in business and would appreciate the opportunity to help you find your next home.
